Making a reservation

20% deposit taken at time of booking to secure the reservation. Balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy

All guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after their booking is confirmed, provided their stay is at least 14 days away.

A 100% refund of the total amount paid if cancelled at least 8 weeks before check-in. Cancellations between 4 and 8 weeks from the check-in date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations between 2 and 4 weeks from the check in date will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations at less than 2 weeks’ notice will not receive a refund.

Sea Breeze is a short drive to local attractions such as Ardnamurchan Lighthouse and Castle Tioram. If you like the outdoors, fresh air and wildlife watching, without sacrificing the comforts of home - then we think this place ticks all the boxes."

"What a find! The location could not be better. The accommodation is excellent with lovely fixtures and fittings throughout, living room is comfortable and relaxing with a fantastic view. In the immediate area we saw seals, otters, eagles, deer and herons. Fantastic location, fantastic property to relax and unwind. If you're looking for peace and quiet and unspoilt natural views then this should be on your list."

"If you are looking for a remote and wild location, Seabreeze has it all. At the back in the garden, you can watch all kind of birds, badgers and pine martens. At the front of the house, you can see Loch Sunart. While we were there, we could see harbour porpoises, seals and otters! How lucky can you be? Seabreeze is a haven for wildlife lovers!"

"Sea Breeze is the perfect getaway. There were 8 in our party and the property was plenty big enough for all of us, was well equipped and had everything that we needed. We spent most our evenings watching the badgers and pine martens, which you can get remarkably near to. We even spotted an otter on the rocks outside. A very enjoyable stay, and one that I would recommend."

The children loved the freedom of being able to play on the shore of Loch Sunart just by walking out of the front door, and we all enjoyed the variety of local wildlife that we spotted. "The location is amazing - right on the edge of Loch Sunart. Spectacular views over the loch and a superb place for watching wildlife. Pine martens & badger in the back garden every night, red deer on the front lawn at dusk and otter, seals and porpoises in the loch. A very comfortable and warm place to stay and very well equipped. We had a superb stay & would love to make a return visit in the future."

"Sea Breeze was exactly how it had been described, and the owners and housekeeper ensured we would have been comfortable contacting them should we need to ( we didn’t) Bird and wildlife in abundance. We had Pine Marten and Badger visiting the garden. The area is outstanding and although most roads are single track we found it easy to explore. Both Sea Breeze and the area exceeded all our expectations."
